WHO AND WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR

The women that we provide for have nothing and no one to help them.

Typically these women have been indigent and have had no financial support for their entire incarceration.

• Their transportation will be greyhound bus.
• Going to Transitional Housing/Halfway Housing
• Some of these women are uncertain where they will live and are homeless when they are released.
• Spent many years in prison and relationships with family have been broken.

This is their opportunity to start over. New clothes boost confidence. These women need to know that they are loved and that they are not alone the moment that they step out of those prison gates. Someone is rooting for them, praying for them, and is willing to help them.

• 1 bra
• 1 pair underwear
• 1 shirt
• 1 pant or shorts
• 1 pair shoes
• 1 pair socks
• Dress (upon Request)
• Jacket/Sweater in colder months and/or upon request
• Shipping box and postage

Lowell CI does not allow any other items such as bags, purses, toiletries, books, ect to be sent.

Items must be delivered by mail ONLY.

Postage to send these items is $10 - $18 (postage goes by weight so in the colder months the price of shipping increases when including warmer clothes)
